Bhawanipatna (Odisha), Feb 17: Six persons including four women died & five other injured in the spot when a truck capsized in Ampani Ghati in Kalahandi Nabarangpur boarder .
The mishap occurred when the victims were returning to Maidanpur village in nearby Nabarangpur district in the truck after attending a weekly market at Ampani, the officer said. The truck, loaded with iron plates, overturned apparently after losing control while moving on Ampani Ghati, around 80 km from here.
The injured persons have been admitted to hospital at Koksara where their condition was stated to be critical, police said adding investigation was in progress.
