Kalahandi: Nearly 100 acres of land was submerged following a breach in the main left canal of Indravati reservoir in the district today.
According to reports, a 30-metre long breach in the left canal embankment at Prajanagafeni village flooded the nearby area and agricultural land. The incident came as a jolt for the farmers of the submerged crop fields.
